He is a board president for Habitat for Humanity in Springfield as well as a board member of Sangamon CEO, a program that helps create entrepreneurial opportunities for high schoolers. Additionally, Zach regularly volunteers at Westside Christian Church. He is also a member of the American Business Club and the Flying 20 Club.
Outside of work, Zach enjoys traveling with his wife, Erin, and their children, Cal and Sloan. In addition, he coaches Cal’s basketball team. Zach loves various outdoor activities, including skiing and boating.

He is a member of Young Philanthropists as well as the treasurer for Compass for Kids, a non-profit committed to empowering at-risk youth and families. Shane is also a member and volunteer of Westside Christian Church.
Shane’s wife, Maggie, is a teacher at Farmingdale Elementary School. They have 2 sons, Nolan and Archer, along with a goldendoodle named Dolly. When Shane’s not in the office, he enjoys helping coach his son’s sports teams, playing basketball and spending time with friends.
For over 30 years, Jay Cole has dived deep into the area where his clients’ lives meet their finances, serving as their confidant throughout life’s many changes. Jay finds great joy in building close relationships with his clients and carving out distinct, dynamic solutions for their unique circumstances.
With extensive experience in the industry, Jay brings an astute perspective to the table. Jay utilizes a hands-on approach by regularly checking in with clients and reviewing their accounts and plans to keep them on track towards their goals.
Jay is a current member of the First United Methodist Church. Jay previously served as past board member and president of both The Ball-Chatham Education Foundation and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Illinois Capital Region. Jay also enjoys working around his garden, coaching competitive fast pitch softball and taking long drives in his father's 1973 Caprice Classic Convertible.
Jay and his wife, Mary have a blended family. Jay has 2 daughters, Mariah, married to Aaron with granddaughter Emery, and daughter Peyton, all of whom reside in North Carolina. Mary has two sons. Steven and his wife Abbey who live in Springfield and Jeff and his wife Jessie who resides in Colorado. Not to be forgotten, Jay and Mary have two dogs, Tessie and Tillie.
Kelly Behl strives to create a seamless experience for every client. Having worked in an administrative capacity at Wells Fargo Advisors for 24 years, Kelly brings extensive experience to her role. Kelly’s drive to serve expands outside of her work. She is also a secretary for Farmingdale Parent/Teacher Committee as well as a volunteer for Habitat for Humanity.
When she isn’t attending to clients or volunteering, you can find Kelly spending ample time with her family and friends. She loves to travel and enjoys watching her kids play in their various sports. Kelly and her husband, Joe, have been married for 16 years and have two kids, Ian and Brynn, and a goldendoodle named Gus.
Attentive by nature, Rachel’s passion lies in serving others. By anticipating the needs of both the firm’s clients and her teammates, Rachel enjoys providing conscientious support towards the financial, personal and professional success of those around her. When she’s not in the office, you can find Rachel, her husband Austin and her son Ryne enjoying the outdoors or exploring new places and restaurants. They love their friends and family and are always up for spending time with their community. Rachel’s dynamic interests also include writing, photography, fashion and design.
