Outside of work, Zach enjoys traveling with his wife, Erin, and their children, Cal and Sloan. In addition, he coaches Cal’s basketball team. Zach loves various outdoor activities, including skiing and boating.

Shane’s wife, Maggie, co-owns with her sister 1st and 3rd Boutique and Wine Bar in Petersburg, IL. They have 2 sons, Nolan and Archer, along with a Goldendoodle named Dolly. When Shane’s not in the office, he enjoys helping coach his son’s sports teams, playing basketball, and enjoying live music with friends.

Jay is a current member of the First United Methodist Church. Jay previously served as past board member and president of both The Ball-Chatham Education Foundation and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Illinois Capital Region. Jay also enjoys working around his garden, coaching competitive fast pitch softball and taking long drives in his father's 1973 Caprice Classic Convertible.
Jay and his wife, Mary have a blended family. Jay has 2 daughters, Mariah, married to Aaron with granddaughter Emery, and daughter Peyton, all of whom reside in North Carolina. Mary has two sons. Steven and his wife Abbey who live in Springfield and Jeff and his wife Jessie who resides in Colorado. Not to be forgotten, Jay and Mary have two dogs, Tessie and Tillie.

Connor’s passion for investing began during his junior year of high school. He would create hypothetical portfolios with different companies that he saw long-term value in. Ever since then, he knew that he wanted to turn that passion into a career as a financial advisor. Connor truly enjoys helping others learn and invest, as doing so is crucial in today's world. .
Connor is a lifelong Springfield resident who graduated from Glenwood High School in 2012. Connor continued his education at LLCC and then finished at the University of Missouri St. Louis where he earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree with an emphasis in Business Administration. In March of 2020, Connor earned his CFP® designation and is proud to represent what those marks stand for. Connor was a team captain of his soccer team at LLCC and completed his athletic collegiate eligibility at UMSL. Connor still participates in local soccer leagues throughout the year and now volunteers his time as an assistant coach for the Glenwood High School team.
Connor is married to his high school sweetheart, Madison, and are proud parents of their miniature schnauzer, Luna. Connor enjoys traveling, participating in athletic events, and spending time with his family and close friends.

She also assists with income distribution planning for those already retired, with estate planning, and has many years of experience advising small business owners regarding their company retirement plans. Having worked in an administrative capacity at Wells Fargo Advisors for 24 years, Kelly brings extensive experience to her role. Kelly’s drive to serve expands outside of her work. She is also a secretary for Farmingdale Parent/Teacher Committee as well as a volunteer for Habitat for Humanity.
When she isn’t attending to clients or volunteering, you can find Kelly spending ample time with her family and friends. She loves to travel and enjoys watching her kids play in their various sports. Kelly and her husband, Joe, have been married for 16 years and have two kids, Ian and Brynn, and a goldendoodle named Gus.
Megan's attention to detail and enthusiastic personality makes her a valuable asset to our administrative team. She enjoys providing conscientious support towards the financial, personal, and professional success of those around her. Having worked at a mortgage company prior to Broadway Graham, Megan brings experience and knowledge in financing. She focuses on client relationships and communication in addition to working alongside Kelly to provide any assistance needed.
Megan is a graduate of the 2021 Leadership Springfield program held by the Greater Springfield Chamber of Commerce. She is a competitive gymnastics coach and spends her free time with her nieces and nephews, and out with friends.
As a Client Service Associate, Sonja works with the entire BG Wealth Partners team to ensure the office runs smoothly. Her responsibilities include scheduling client appointments and coordinating special events.
Prior to joining our team, Sonja served as an office manager in insurance and financial services companies for more than two decades. She enjoys building long-term relationships with clients and keeping up to date on industry changes.
Sonja is a Hartsburg, Illinois native. She is married with three daughters.
