A native of Jacksonville, Stephen built his foundational expertise at the University of Illinois – Urbana-Champaign, earning degrees in Finance and Accountancy. Following his graduation, he spent eight years with Ernst and Young LLP (EY) in Chicago, consulting for a diverse portfolio of Fortune 500 banking, insurance, and asset management clients. Having a keen interest in the global economy and personal finance, Stephen has regularly guest-lectured at the University of Illinois and internally at EY on market trends and analysis.
